If using Heracles 'Herculean Strength' power and you also hit a friendly unit in the process, does his 'Herculean Feat' power work in your favor when your opponent rolls the dice against you?

According to the current wording, I would definetely say it does.

Good question.
When you hit a friendly unit, it's your opponent which rolls the dice. But who decide which dice to re-roll ?
I would probably think that Herakles' player decide which dice to re-roll as he will try not to hurt his allies.
However, the current wording clearly states the opposite :
2.9 beta rules wrote:
If an area ATTACK targets a friendly unit, the ATTACK against that target is resolved by the enemy player as if they owned the ATTACKING unit. The enemy player cannot spend art of war cards, but can otherwise freely decide which of the ATTACKING unit’s talents and powers to use in the ATTACK.

Considering Herakles history of killing his friends, this is not unexpected ^^

You're right, in the current version of the rules the enemy can even decide which of YOUR powers or talents he wants to activate. In my opinion, that is honestly a step too far. Rolling Eyes

That s not a problem at all... and maybe this dash will be reword later so... wait and see.
But even if it's stay like this, thats fair to counter the heracles power...
Ennemy can hide a bit in area with friendly unit.

This is a great and awesome power. One of my top reasons to take Heracles over Achilles. But, as with any other area attack, hitting your own guys gives the control to your opponent, which includes which talents and powers to apply. So, as Garshell says, it's a place for them to hide. Sort of.
